Accessibility Statement

Ingenuity Media LLC is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe the web should be usable by all, and we treat accessibility as a core part of how we build, for our own site and for every site we create for clients.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive impairments. We also track WCAG 2.2, the current W3C Recommendation, and have already adopted several of its Level AA criteria, including stronger rules for focus visibility and minimum target sizes.

This statement applies to ingenuitymedia.com in its entirety, including our service pages, articles, and forms.

What we've done

  • Semantic, well-structured HTML and clear heading order
  • A "skip to content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users
  • Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus indicators
  • Color contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • Clearly labeled, accessible forms whose error messages are announced to assistive technology
  • Support for the "reduced motion" preference, with a visible pause control on moving content
  • Decorative elements hidden from assistive technology
  • Print styles and forced-colors (high contrast) mode support

How we test

Our approach combines self-evaluation with tooling: automated accessibility scans (axe-core), manual keyboard-only navigation checks, screen-reader testing with VoiceOver, and color-contrast verification against WCAG formulas. We completed a full-site accessibility audit and remediation on July 19, 2026, covering color contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader semantics, forms, and motion preferences, and we most recently reviewed the site's accessibility posture on August 31, 2026.

Technical information

The accessibility of this website relies on the following technologies working with your browser and any assistive technology you use: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA. The site remains readable and functional when JavaScript is unavailable.

Compatibility

This website is designed to work with current versions of common browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) and with screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA, on desktop and mobile devices. Very old browsers may not present every feature as intended.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Older material or content provided by third-party services may not always meet our standards. Where we identify such issues, we work to correct them as quickly as we reasonably can.

Share your feedback
