These terms govern your use of ingenuitymedia.com and the services Ingenuity Media LLC ("Ingenuity Media," "we," "us") provides. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to them. Individual projects are also governed by their written estimate or agreement. Where the two differ, the project agreement wins.
Our services
We provide website design and redesign, managed WordPress hosting, SEO, social media management, market research, and accessibility audits. Every engagement begins with a written estimate describing scope and price; estimates are free and carry no obligation.
Payment, renewals & cancellation
- Project work (design, redesign, accessibility recoding) is quoted per project and invoiced as stated in your estimate. If you cancel mid-project, you pay for the work completed to that point.
- Managed hosting is billed annually and renews each year. To cancel, tell us before your renewal date; we'll provide your site files and assist with migration.
- SEO and social media services run on 6-month contracts and are billed monthly as stated in your agreement.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, feedback, and access reasonably needed to complete your project, and you confirm that you own (or are licensed to use) all materials you supply: text, images, logos, and media. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your site's content.
Intellectual property
When your project is paid in full, the finished website and its custom design belong to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, and we may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.
Acceptable use (hosting)
Websites on our hosting may not be used to host or distribute unlawful content, malware, spam, or phishing; to infringe others' intellectual property; or to endanger the security or reputation of our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate hosting that violates this policy or presents an active security threat, with notice where practical.
Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and expect the sites we host to do the same. If you believe content on a site we host infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@ingenuitymedia.com identifying the work, the infringing material's location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your physical or electronic signature. We will review complaints promptly, remove or disable access to material where appropriate, and accept counter-notices from site owners who believe a removal was mistaken.

We work hard, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including search rankings, traffic, or revenue. Anyone who guarantees you a Google ranking is telling you something Google itself says no one can promise.
Warranties & limitation of liability

To the same extent, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Ingenuity Media against claims arising from materials you supply or from your website's content, to the extent not created by us.
Third-party services
Our site and services rely on third parties such as Google Fonts and Google Analytics, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or the content of external sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Blair County, Pennsylvania.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
